Eric's work is stunning. The entire experience was above and beyond our expectations - from the experience of scheduling a time for our kids' "school" photos (during COVID, so we found an alternate site), to the session itself, and ultimately to the gorgeous photographs he provided. In years' past, with other school photos, the kids have been shy and uninterested, and we always end up with sweet but awkward photos. Not this time! Aside from his apparent talent as a photographer, I think one of the reasons the photos were so fabulous is because he clearly really loves children and his job. He perfectly captured the spirit of our kids, and they had so much fun during the 15 minute shoot. The shoot was fast and fun, and somehow we ended up with more amazing photos than we knew how to choose from.

Eric was referred to us by some friends. He took pictures of our family for the holiday season. The last time we did something like this was a couple of years ago with someone else. Eric's pictures were amazing, no comparison to our last experience. He recommended the time of day and place. What a difference, the colors in our pictures were beautiful! We were so happy with the pictures he captured of our family. We had so many compliments from family and friends. The whole experience surpassed our expectations!

I'm delighted by our family photos! My two boys hate having their photos taken so I thought I'd be lucky to get one good photo. Eric exceeded expectations and got Soooo many amazing photos of our family. The bus ended up laughing so hard during the photo shoot so we got really genuine shots. Also Eric wasn't passed by the kids initially being surely and reluctant to participate. He's a pleasure to work with and highly recommend him for any family!

loved eric’s pic of my daughter royal... it’s hard to get teens to love their image especially with so much of the images of themselves coming from themselves. i.e. selfies ~ so it’s a rarity for her to think she actually looks good from another person’s perspective. and eric did just that ~ through just getting it right by the background, the pose, and allowing the kids to wear what they want (meaning, she wore her favorite leather jacket on top of her top which probably would be asked to be removed in many instances)... and knowing where to crop ~ what’s in the frame, and what’s not... thank you.....

Eric takes our kids' school photos every year, and we love them! They are beautiful and every single relative we hand them out to cannot believe that they are not private portraits. "They don't look like school photos - they are so artistic" is what I always hear. He's funny, kind, and can make even notoriously photo shy kids like mine look at the camera and smile naturally. Eric is our school photographer for our OUSD elementary school in Oakland and has been for many years. We recently got our daughter's school photos and were blown away at the quality of Eric's work. The school photos of all her classmates and teachers were just as beautiful. Eric somehow brings out the best in all of his subjects - children, adults, families - and you can see the joy and love in each photo. Thank you Eric!

Eric has taken photos of our preschool classes for the past 4 years, and every year the photos are fantastic. I mean, REALLY fantastic. His photos make our class look like it's full of child models. He truly did a stellar job every year.

Just wanted to thank you for the wonderful portraits of my first-grader (Fin McGinty-Glenview Elem). We love them-can't wait to share with family!
